A Multi-Day, Multi-City Celebration | Summer 2025
Riya and Aneel’s celebration was a beautiful, multi-day wedding spanning multiple venues and cities across the Bay Area. Their vision was vibrant, layered, and deeply personal — a true reflection of their story and the traditions they wanted to honor.
When we began working together, they had already secured their venues and a portion of their vendor team. From there, our role was to step in with thoughtful planning support — refining logistics, collaborating with their existing vendors, and recommending additional trusted professionals to complete their team.
Throughout the planning process, we worked closely with each venue to navigate complex requirements, negotiate additional setup time, and ensure every detail aligned seamlessly within each space’s guidelines. With multiple events and locations involved, coordination was key — and our team remained focused on creating a smooth, cohesive experience from start to finish.
Their celebration included a full weekend of events: an intimate breakfast gathering, a vibrant baraat, a meaningful ceremony, a plated lunch, an outdoor ceremony setting, and an elegant indoor reception. The reception featured a cocktail hour, live DJ, LED wall, ballroom draping, late-night bites, and thoughtfully planned family moments woven throughout the day.
With so many moving parts, our priority was to ensure that Riya and Aneel felt completely taken care of. We managed timelines, coordinated vendors, and handled behind-the-scenes logistics so they could be fully present — not managing details, but truly experiencing each moment.
As a Bay Area wedding planning team, we understand that every celebration comes with its own unique challenges. Whether it’s working across multiple venues, navigating vendor logistics, or adapting to evolving needs, we approach every event with flexibility, care, and intention.

From our very first call with Raman, we immediately felt her warmth and how deeply she cares about her clients. We originally came to her for decor, but as we continued to work with Raman, it became clear just how much she cared and how thoughtful and consistent her attention to detail was, making it an easy decision to also bring her on as our planner and day-of coordinator.
She worked with us tirelessly, giving us an incredible amount of personal attention to ensure not only that we were comfortable with our decor and timelines, but that both of our families were as well. She coordinated multiple site visits to make sure the venues, vendors, and our families were all aligned. There wasn't a single concern, big or small, that we brought to her that she didn't help us navigate with calmness and reassurance.
When it came to decor, we came to her with countless ideas that changed constantly, and R&R helped us organize everything into a cohesive and realistic vision we were genuinely excited about. Raman suggested themes and ideas we never would have thought of on our own and was always transparent about what was and wasn't possible. In the end, the team exceeded our expectations across all of our events.
The team also helped with custom items like signage and photos, picking everything up earlier in the week while setting up our home decor so we didn't have to think about a thing. Having R&R as both our decorator and planner made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free.
We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Raman, Raveen, and the entire R&R team made our wedding experience beautiful, smooth, and unforgettable.
