At HIS Events, our mission is simple: to let you be fully present and enjoy every moment of your wedding day. As your dedicated Bay Area wedding planner, we handle the details behind the scenes so you can truly experience your celebration without stress or worry.

From the moment we arrive to the final send-off, we are there for you:

  • First to arrive, last to leave – we oversee every detail from start to finish.

  • Welcome and setup – we meet you at the venue upon arrival, unpack your bags, and prepare your bridal suite so it feels like home.

  • Guided support – we escort you around your venue, ensuring you know where everything is and assisting as needed.

  • Additional staffing – if desired, we provide extra assistants to be at your disposal throughout the day.

  • Personal care – we take care of the bride, groom, and parents, making sure everyone feels relaxed and enjoys the day.

At HIS Events, we do not offer “day-of coordination” as a standalone service. We believe a celebration of this scale and meaning cannot be successfully executed in isolation, as true coordination requires understanding, intention, and involvement throughout the planning journey.

Instead, our approach is rooted in being fully present from the beginning—so every detail, vendor, timeline, and design choice is thoughtfully guided and aligned long before the wedding day arrives. Partial Wedding Planning is designed for couples who have begun the planning process but need expert support to bring it all together. This service often begins midway through the planning process and focuses on refining timelines, reviewing vendor contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all moving parts align for a smooth celebration. Partial planning includes a defined number of meetings and consultations, giving you professional guidance where you need it most while still allowing you to remain engaged in decisions you’ve already made.
