Home In Stone was brought on as the planning partner for House of Vibes, a jungle-themed day party hosted by our colleague, DJ Taj, with one clear priority: keep people dancing.
We built the event logistics around that vision, thoughtfully balancing the dance floor experience with ample food and beverage options, engaging activations and displays to ensure the theme carried, and the operational details needed to keep the day flowing seamlessly.
Behind the scenes, we coordinated & oriented the vendor team, managed timelines, and made sure every partner felt supported so the creative vision could remain front and center. The result was a high-energy, immersive experience where guests could eat, drink, explore, and connect—without ever losing sight of the party’s main purpose: getting people on the dance floor.

I recently had the opportunity to work with this team, and they were amazing from start to finish. They were genuinely interested in serving not only their clients but every vendor and guest involved. Every question I had was answered promptly, communication was excellent, and the entire event was organized and managed with such care and attention to detail.

I had the chance to work with Home in Stone Events on a recent Bay Area event. We were hired by the DJ, and once the planning team connected with us, it quickly became clear how thoughtfully the entire vendor team had been assembled.
The Home in Stone crew was thorough and communicative both leading up to and throughout the event, and wove together so many lovely details to create a really special celebration. They’re positive, friendly, organized, and also wonderful about crediting & celebrating their fellow vendors, which is always appreciated!

House of Vibes was a different kind of event experience, and that meant making sure our vendor partners felt just as prepared for it as we were.
Because this was a new event format for many of the vendors involved, we hosted a vendor orientation ahead of the event to walk everyone through the experience, event flow, logistics, expectations, and what they could expect on-site. Our goal was to make sure everyone arrived feeling confident, informed, and ready to do what they do best.
We also created vendor goody bags for the full vendor team, filled with practical event-day essentials and a few fun surprises. From the things you might need after several hours on your feet to the little pick-me-ups that make a long event day better, we wanted our vendor partners to feel taken care of from the moment they arrived.
We created custom name tags for the vendor team, too. These weren't just a way for vendors to recognize one another they made it easy for guests and the event team to quickly identify official event partners throughout the experience, discover what each vendor offered, and know who they could connect with or potentially hire for their own events.
And when event day arrived, we didn’t just point vendors toward their spaces and move on. We personally checked in with every vendor, making sure they were settled, had what they needed, knew where to go, and were ready for the day ahead. Throughout the event, we remained available to troubleshoot, answer questions, and keep things moving behind the scenes.
Because for us, vendor management isn't just about sending an email with a load-in time.
It's about setting people up for success. Giving them the information they need, anticipating what might come up, making it easy for guests to navigate the experience, and creating opportunities for our vendor partners to be seen and discovered.
